Hobson Prior is working alongside a pharmaceutical company seeking a QA Engineer Consultant to act as the main contact for quality-related activities with both internal and external customers. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations for products manufactured or tested at partner facilities. The position is in Geel, Belgium and will require on-site presence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage quality systems like change control, deviations, and investigations.
• Review and modify contractor quality standards and protocols.
• Complete project milestones related to quality.
• Review batch records to approve product releases.
• Monitor partner compliance through documentation and site visits.
• Distribute documents for regulatory and expert review.
• Work with project teams to ensure compliance.
• Address technical and quality issues and resolve conflicts.
• Understand regulations for manufacturing medicinal products.
• Manage quality notifications between partners.
• Monitor contractor performance and report trends.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Master's degree in engineering or pharmaceutical technology focused discipline
• 3+ years of experience working in a quality focused role minimum
• Attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
