Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Process Engineer Global MSAT for a 6-month assignment in Leiden, Netherlands. This role focuses on advancing CAR-T manufacturing processes within a decentralized network. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth transfer and development of these processes from early stages to commercial readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Act as an expert in automated CAR-T manufacturing and technology transfers.
• Develop plans for process validation and ensure ongoing process verification.
• Lead changes and improvements in product and process controls globally.
• Investigate and resolve process issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Create and update process documents, including SOPs and training materials.
• Support the development of electronic batch records and related procedures.
• Assist in monitoring processes and maintaining equipment reliability.
• Contribute to regulatory documentation and respond to technical inquiries.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or engineering.
• Experience with cell and gene therapy processes and GMP manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with data management and statistical process controls is beneficial.
• Proactive and adaptable with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
