Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that design and risk management processes meet compliance standards. The successful candidate will support research and development projects by managing quality tasks and guiding team members. This role requires collaboration to solve project issues and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure design and risk management processes are compliant.
• Support project leads and team members with quality guidance.
• Collaborate with team members and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Keep records for design projects and participate in review meetings.
• Develop and review protocols for sterilization and packaging.
• Monitor quality systems and address any issues promptly.
• Lead activities to improve compliance and processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of design control and risk management.
• Experience with external inspections and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with relevant quality system standards.
