Hobson Prior is seeking a Scientist, Lead Investigator for a contract role in Boudry, Switzerland. This position focuses on technical operations and quality control within the engineering and warehouse sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Help manage and assess deviations to determine if investigations are needed.
- Support initial risk assessments for deviations with the Quality Operations team.
- Lead and complete investigations, ensuring timely and effective resolution, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and other departments to ensure thorough investigations.
- Provide detailed reports and updates on investigations at both site and global levels.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical operations, validation, or packaging.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory systems.
- Knowledge of international regulatory standards and best practices.
- Experience with Health Authority inspections is beneficial.
