Hobson Prior is collaborating with a biotech company to find a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist for their team in Södertälje. This position is a 12-month contract.

Your role:
You get to work independently with varying tasks in a changing environment. The many contact points and sometimes tough decisions mean that you need to be able to communicate in a good way and create understanding and commitment. It is required that you have a structured way of working mixed with flexibility in the face of changing conditions and can see the overall perspective.

Responsibilities:

• You participate in various exciting projects, handle change matters and participate in the investigation of complex deviations and questions.
• You also have a supporting function within the organization regarding the development and maintenance of the quality system in accordance with LEAN.
• You represent your business area at authority inspections and coach your colleagues and act as an expert regarding Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality issues in general.
• You handle complex issues and are expected to act as a quality leader and role model both within Quality Assurance and in the cross-functional work. You have a delegated responsibility for the approval of the product's quality and need to be able to act with courage and integrity as well as explain and justify your position and your decisions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Science university or college degree of at least 240 credits.
• Many years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing linked to quality assurance.
• You need to have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
