Hobson Prior is seeking an RWE Medical Director. This role will develop and implement evidence strategies to support the research and development of medicines. The successful candidate will work with various teams to create and use real-world evidence (RWE) to inform healthcare decisions and support product value.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver evidence strategies to support the value of medicines.
• Act as a change agent for implementing evidence strategies.
• Identify and recommend data solutions to support medicine approval and access.
• Ensure high-quality evidence solutions are delivered.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on evidence strategies and study designs.
• Build research collaborations with medical societies, academic institutes, and other data owners.
• Contribute to new data and analytic platforms and methodologies.
• Work with key countries to develop evidence supporting product value.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to best practice standards.
• Promote a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of real-world data and observational research.
• Experience in drug development and evidence generation.
• Cross-functional experience with clinical development, market access, and other relevant areas.
• Strong research methodology and statistical analysis skills.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement new strategies.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
• Results-focused and able to work in a dynamic environment.
