Hobson Prior is seeking a Trial Data Manager for a contract role in Switzerland. This position involves managing data for clinical trials, ensuring consistency, and meeting study timelines. The role requires working on-site with some flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities:
- Manage data for clinical trials and ensure consistency.
- Lead data management activities for assigned studies.
- Provide input for study protocols.
- Coordinate the development of electronic case report forms (eCRF).
- Write data management documents for external data transfer and data cleaning.
- Monitor and track data entry screens, data cleaning tools, and their implementation.
- Oversee data cleaning, review, query management, and database lock processes.
- Generate study metrics and status reports.
- Represent data management in clinical trial team meetings.
- Manage data management activities for outsourced studies.
- Prepare and archive study documentation.
- Present study-related topics at meetings.
- Participate in the development and review of policies and procedures.
- Represent data management in cross-functional working groups.
- Forecast study team resource requirements.
- Ensure data managers have required training.
- Ensure Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM) deliverables are created and validated.
- Perform quality control checks to verify data handling according to protocols.
- Act as data manager for studies without an assigned data manager.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in clinical research or clinical studies.
- Ability to lead and switch between different studies.
- Strong organizational and monitoring skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical development stakeholders.
- Experience with cardiovascular studies is a plus.
- Ability to stay calm in hectic situations.
