Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Data Management Lead to join a dedicated team. The successful candidate will oversee a small, remote team of Clinical Data Managers, ensuring high-quality data management for oncology studies. This position requires hands-on involvement in data management tasks and leadership in project management.
This position is a fully remote working role from within United States.
Applicants must have legal authorization to work within the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a remote team of Clinical Data Managers.
- Handle team performance, hiring, budgeting, and reviews.
- Perform data management tasks, including writing and reviewing documentation and leading project close-out activities.
- Lead data management projects, ensuring quality deliverables and managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Represent the data management team in meetings with clients and internal teams.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven working experience in clinical data management and team leadership.
- Strong background working in a CRO.
- Must have the ability to perform hands-on data management tasks.
- Familiarity with Medidata RAVE EDC is a plus.
