Hobson Prior is seeking an RWE Director to support safety research in drug development and regulatory processes. The successful candidate will focus on designing studies, evaluating safety signals, and collaborating with various teams. This role is fully remote with occasional travel for project meetings.

Responsibilities:

Design and conduct studies to address safety questions in drug development.
Use appropriate methods and data sources to answer safety-related questions.
Provide expertise in evaluating and refining safety findings.
Prepare and update safety and regulatory documents.
Assess study feasibility and design study protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Background in Epidemiology or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Experience in drug safety and pharmacoepidemiology.
Familiarity with Real-World Data (RWD) and executing studies using such data.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams.
Experience in oncology epidemiology is a plus.
