Hobson Prior is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to provide guidance on local regulatory requirements, ensure compliance with regulations, and support product development teams. You will play a key role in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory legislation and ensuring all products meet local standards.

Responsibilities:

• Offer advice on local regulatory needs for product development.
• Check if documents meet local regulatory standards for submissions.
• Guide on product claims and labelling to ensure they meet local rules.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and communicate them to the team.
• Ensure products comply with local quality and regulatory systems.
• Review and approve promotional materials and product artworks.
• Support audits and inspections with the quality team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Expertise in EU/Nordics cosmetics regulations; knowledge of commodities or medical devices is a plus.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and ability to apply them effectively.
• Strong knowledge of consumer healthcare and product development.
• Ability to work well in diverse, multi-cultural environments.
• Strong business sense and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in English.
