Hobson Prior is seeking a Qualified Person to join a pharmaceutical company in London. In this role, you will ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, support continuous improvement, and provide expert guidance on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure products are manufactured and tested according to GMP standards.
- Review and approve batch records.
- Provide quality oversight and leadership across various operations.
- Identify and address quality and compliance risks promptly.
- Participate in continuous improvement of quality systems.
- Act as a quality liaison for external clients.
- Attend and contribute to Quality Management Review meetings.
- Handle complaints, deviations, and quality incidents efficiently.
- Advise on quality assurance aspects of projects.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and integrate them into company processes.
- Support and coach self-inspection auditors.
- Conduct external audits as needed.
- Assist in the development and training of QA personnel.
- Promote a 'Quality Mindset' through training and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Data Integrity, and Good Documentation Practice.
- Complete assigned GMP documentation tasks accurately and on time.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and GMP.
- Proven track record of improving Quality Management Systems.
- Experience with regulatory inspections.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Hands-on approach to fostering a Quality Culture.
- Eligibility to act as a 'Qualified Person' as per relevant regulations.
- Strong decision-making skills and accountability.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
