Hobson Prior is seeking a Qualified Person to join a pharmaceutical company in London. In this role, you will ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, support continuous improvement, and provide expert guidance on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are manufactured and tested according to GMP standards.
• Review and approve batch records.
• Provide quality oversight and leadership across various operations.
• Identify and address quality and compliance risks promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement of quality systems.
• Act as a quality liaison for external clients.
• Attend and contribute to Quality Management Review meetings.
• Handle complaints, deviations, and quality incidents efficiently.
• Advise on quality assurance aspects of projects.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and integrate them into company processes.
• Support and coach self-inspection auditors.
• Conduct external audits as needed.
• Assist in the development and training of QA personnel.
• Promote a 'Quality Mindset' through training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Data Integrity, and Good Documentation Practice.
• Complete assigned GMP documentation tasks accurately and on time.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and GMP.
• Proven track record of improving Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with regulatory inspections.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Hands-on approach to fostering a Quality Culture.
• Eligibility to act as a 'Qualified Person' as per relevant regulations.
• Strong decision-making skills and accountability.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
