Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Validation Engineer to join the team. This role will focus on ensuring that small-scale equipment and processes meet quality and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing validation studies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and carry out plans to test and validate equipment and processes.
• Ensure all systems meet quality and regulatory standards at all times.
• Stay updated on new validation regulations and practices.
• Create and manage documentation related to validation activities.
• Provide technical support on current validation requirements.
• Assess changes to determine their impact on validated systems.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Understanding of quality and compliance regulations in a regulated environment.
• Ability to solve problems related to validation issues.
• Familiarity with quality management systems.
• Experience in working with small-scale equipment in a healthcare manufacturing setting.
