Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Lead (Sterility Assurance) to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of sterility and quality in drug manufacturing processes. You will play a crucial part in shaping contamination control strategies and improving aseptic processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and guide strategies to prevent contamination in line with industry standards.
• Offer advice on enhancing aseptic process simulations and review related protocols.
• Implement improvements in aseptic processes, including operator training.
• Define environmental control measures for new manufacturing projects.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to establish hygiene practices.
• Lead quality assurance for disinfectant and pest control programs.
• Analyze reports on microbiological and chemical parameters and drive improvements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Microbiology or relevant experience in the field.
• Strong background in aseptic drug manufacturing and process simulation.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations in various regions.
• Experience with managing deviations and changes.
• Quality Control experience is beneficial.
• Proficient in English and German.
• Ability to work onsite in Visp 60% of the time.
