Hobson Prior is seeking a PV Scientist for a hybrid role based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This position involves working closely with safety teams to identify and manage potential safety issues in the biotech field. You will collaborate with various teams and partners to analyze data and contribute to safety reporting and risk management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Work with safety experts to identify and evaluate safety concerns.
• Collaborate with different teams and partners to solve problems in specific therapeutic areas.
• Review and analyze data from various sources to identify safety signals.
• Assist in preparing reports and documents for safety committees.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues.
• Help prepare safety reports and support documentation processes.
• Train new staff on department practices and identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field.
• Experience in drug safety or pharmacovigilance.
• Ability to improve business processes and develop practical solutions.
• Familiarity with safety databases and signaling tools.
• Understanding of global pharmacovigilance regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in clinical patient care is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects and work independently.
