Hobson Prior is seeking a PV Compliance & Process Excellence Manager to join our client's team in Tokyo, Japan. In this role, you will ensure that our safety monitoring systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be the go-to expert for managing quality processes and compliance in Japan, focusing on improving systems and ensuring all safety measures meet local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee safety report management and ensure timely documentation.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards both internally and with partners.
• Manage vendor relationships from a compliance standpoint.
• Prepare for and support audits and inspections.
• Handle quality issues and manage corrective actions.
• Develop and improve safety processes and systems.
• Create and deliver training programs for staff.
• Maintain records related to safety management.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• University degree in biosciences, healthcare, or pharmacy.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and guidelines.
• Experience with safety databases and case processing.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
