Hobson Prior is seeking a Bioprocess Technical Lead. This role will oversee the technical parts of biotechnology manufacturing, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead technical development, technology transfer, and problem-solving activities to meet business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main expert for biotechnology technical matters.
- Develop and manage the technical roadmap for biotechnology manufacturing.
- Oversee technical resources to support business strategies.
- Build relationships with external experts and suppliers.
- Manage technical relationships with external partners.
- Collaborate with the technical services team to align best practices.
- Coordinate and lead technical improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and documentation practices.
- Ensure timely and compliant training for the team.
- Close GMP documentation issues promptly and accurately.

- Strong knowledge of biotechnology DNA manufacturing.
- Ability to oversee health and safety in a dynamic environment.
