Hobson Prior is seeking a Plasmid Technical Lead. This role will oversee the technical parts of plasmid manufacturing, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead technical development, technology transfer, and problem-solving activities to meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main expert for plasmid DNA technical matters.
• Develop and manage the technical roadmap for plasmid manufacturing.
• Oversee technical resources to support business strategies.
• Build relationships with external experts and suppliers.
• Manage technical relationships with external partners.
• Collaborate with the technical services team to align best practices.
• Coordinate and lead technical improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and documentation practices.
• Ensure timely and compliant training for the team.
• Close GMP documentation issues promptly and accurately.
