Hobson Prior is seeking an experienced leader for the role of QC Raw Materials Team Lead to oversee the materials team and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for product and material quality control. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, reviewing documentation, and supporting the quality control manager.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the materials team.
- Review and approve quality control documents.
- Ensure timely release of products according to specifications.
- Plan and assign tasks to team members.
- Oversee the inspection and release of incoming materials.
- Ensure all team members are trained and maintain proper records.
- Support the development of quality control processes.
- Promote effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
