Hobson Prior is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to join a dedicated team. The successful candidate will support the local medical plan and help with the successful launch and commercialization of oncology products. This is a field-based position where you will act as a medical and scientific expert in oncology. There are 4 positions available which are covering different areas within Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely medical information to healthcare professionals.
• Organize and deliver educational meetings on scientific topics.
• Support the positioning of oncology medicines within local and national guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in oncology and attend relevant scientific conferences.
• Assist with company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external experts and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and legal standards.
• Act as an ambassador for the company, upholding its mission and values.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A scientific graduate degree in life sciences (Masters/Diploma or higher).
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to analyse complex data.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in oncology, particularly with solid tumours.
• Knowledge of the oncology market in Germany.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
