- Help implement important projects and gather feedback.
- Assist in planning and coordinating strategic and operational activities.
- Track performance metrics for medical affairs teams.
- Manage vendors for project execution.
- Provide support for key medical affairs meetings.
- Maintain the internal Medical Affairs SharePoint.
- Support various medical projects and training assignments.
- Assist with the budget process.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors.
- Proficiency in using SharePoint.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in strategic planning and performance tracking.
