Hobson Prior is seeking a Medical Director to join our client's team in Dubai. In this role, you will provide medical guidance, work with radiologists to interpret imaging results, and assist in patient consultations. This position is ideal for someone with expertise in diagnostic imaging, preventive medicine, or general practice.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with patients before and after scans to discuss results clearly and informatively.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to ensure findings are communicated accurately.
• Advise on staffing and clinical procedures to support expansion efforts.
• Ensure compliance with local medical regulations and ethical standards.
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare based on scan results.
• Work with operations and clinical teams to improve patient experience and workflows.
• Engage in ongoing medical training to stay current with industry developments.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Valid medical license with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
• Strong communication skills in English, able to interact effectively with patients and professionals.
• Familiarity with UAE medical laws and regulations.
• Commitment to continuing medical education.
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing clinical teams.
• Ability to foster a high-end working culture.
• Experience in private care settings and international business is preferred.
