Hobson Prior is seeking a Master Data Steward to play a crucial role in managing and improving data quality within our organization. You will ensure the smooth operation of supply chain and manufacturing processes by maintaining accurate master data. This position requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Scope of work:

• Works together with colleagues from Manufacturing, QA, Finance, Procurement, ... for the timely and correct creation and maintenance of master data (product information, supplier data, ...) in SAP and other systems.
• works on a project around SAP workflow implementations.
• Maintains an overview across departments during the item management process and guarantees that the process always runs according to procedure.
• Closely monitors the processes and monitors the consistency and integrity of data within different systems (SAP, GMID, Shift, ...). For this you are in contact with the various (global) master data teams.
• Acts as an expert and critically monitors the completeness and accuracy of the master data.
• Proactively identifies bottlenecks and takes the necessary actions to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Provides insights into master data quality by collecting and analyzing various data against the defined business rules (accuracy and completeness KPIs).
• Develop proposals with a view to increasing data quality and efficiency.

Experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in an economic or logistics specialization, and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferably in a cGMP environment).
• In-depth knowledge of an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate and have an eye for detail, in addition you always work goal- and result-oriented.
• Team player and has good communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
