Hobson Prior is seeking a Market Access Specialist to join our client's team in Helsinki. This role involves working with a dynamic group focused on healthcare products and their market entry. You will be part of a growing team, contributing to the development and execution of strategies for market access across the Nordic countries.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop documents needed for product reimbursement.
• Review and adapt health-economic models based on clinical data.
• Conduct research and analyze data for healthcare products.
• Plan and report on studies using real-world data.
• Write articles for scientific journals.
• Manage projects, including budgets and timelines.
• Build and maintain client relationships and explore new business opportunities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A relevant master's degree: a PhD is advantageous.
• Experience in market access and pricing reimbursement.
• Knowledge in pharmaceutical science, medical sciences, or health economics.
• Ability to evaluate scientific data critically.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in at least one Nordic language and English.
