Hobson Prior is seeking an experienced Director of Market Access & HEOR to lead efforts in creating strategies for cost-effectiveness in Europe and support international growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring patients can access innovative treatments by developing and executing market access plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop economic models to support pricing and commercial strategies.
• Lead strategies for health technology assessments in Europe.
• Identify research needs and manage projects for key assessments.
• Work with health authorities to establish credibility.
• Manage pricing and reimbursement strategies for various markets.
• Support market access with health economics and outcomes research.
• Collaborate with medical and commercial teams to align strategies.
• Contribute to the development of a top-tier market access organization.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in science or economics; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience in developing strategic evidence for health technology assessments.
• Knowledge of market access trends and economic model development.
• Proven success in working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic and operational skills.
• Ability to manage change and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
