Hobson Prior is seeking a Laboratory Systems Analyst to join the team in Bern, Switzerland. This role focuses on leading projects related to laboratory systems and equipment, ensuring they meet industry standards and company policies. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure systems are compliant and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to qualify laboratory systems and equipment according to guidelines.
• Work with different teams to specify technical needs and ensure data integrity.
• Create and manage documents in English and German for system validation and management.
• Update procedures to keep laboratory systems compliant with industry standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical testing environment with knowledge of equipment qualification.
• Basic project management skills.
• Understanding of regulations for computerized systems and lab automation.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
