Hobson Prior is seeking a Safety / Health Professional for a role in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and improving safety/health programs, providing expert advice, and promoting a safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve safety/health programs. You will be the main person in charge of several safety/health programs, including but not limited to promoting a safety culture, training, and awareness.
• Provide expert advice and technical support to the organization to ensure compliance with safety/health legislation, corporate standards, policies, and industry guidance.
• Promote a safety culture with integrated safety practices and open safety conversations.
• Develop and deliver high-quality safety/health training and communications.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related subject.
• Relevant professional experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in the pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry.
• Ability to develop, integrate, and continuously improve safety/health programs.
• Ability to provide specialist advice and technical support to ensure compliance with safety/health legislation, corporate standards, policies, and industry guidance.
• Ability to develop and deliver high-quality safety/health training and communications.
