Hobson Prior is seeking to find an HR Business Partner for a hybrid contract role based in Geel, Belgium. This position offers the possibility of extension. This position requires a proactive individual to support various HR functions on-site and remotely. The role involves implementing local changes, supporting talent acquisition and management, and handling employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Update local processes and policies based on global guidelines.
• Assist with HR activities that need on-site presence or local language skills.
• Support talent acquisition efforts in collaboration with the recruitment team.
• Conduct workshops to enhance managers' skills and assist in talent reviews.
• Manage on-site learning administration and audits.
• Handle negotiations related to labor agreements and manage personnel budgets.
• Provide insights through local data reporting.
• Implement organizational changes and support restructuring processes.
• Advise on employee relations and manage cases from start to finish.
• Assist with on-site relocation tasks when needed.
• Encourage continuous improvement and use of self-service tools by managers and employees.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of HR processes and local labor laws.
• Ability to work both on-site and remotely.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in managing organizational changes and employee relations.
