Hobson Prior is seeking a GMP Expert to join our client's team in Basel. In this role, you will focus on managing corrective actions and deviations, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will work closely with quality control teams to enhance compliance processes and maintain inspection readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage corrective actions and deviations, ensuring they are completed effectively and on time.
• Investigate issues to find root causes and develop solutions.
• Keep records of all activities in line with GMP standards.
• Work with quality control leaders to ensure compliance and improve processes.
• Provide guidance and support to address GMP challenges.
• Identify areas for improvement in quality systems and lead initiatives to enhance them.
• Update procedures and conduct training to reinforce GMP compliance.
• Monitor the success of implemented actions and report on progress to management.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Pharmaceutics, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in a GMP environment, particularly with HPLC and GC analytics.
• Expertise in validating and troubleshooting analytical methods.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced, team setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with electronic lab management systems.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
