Hobson Prior is seeking a Global Supply Chain Business Systems Lead to support the rollout of a new system for managing supply chain activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Help set up and manage a new system for supply chain activities.
• Work with different teams to understand their needs and find solutions.
• Create and test new processes, and train others on how to use them.
• Ensure all systems meet industry regulations.
• Look for ways to improve current processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with setting up ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
• Good understanding of supply chain and finance processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
