Hobson Prior is seeking a customer service analyst to join our client's team. You will provide in-person support to over 2,000 users, helping them resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently. Your role involves using problem-solving skills and maintaining a calm, empathetic approach to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Offer direct support to users with IT queries or problems.
• Use IT systems to log and track user issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Identify recurring problems and report them for further investigation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to build strong working relationships.
• Assist with setting up and configuring computers for new and existing users.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with IT service management systems is helpful.
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Suite, iOS, Windows 11, and others is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Experience with iOS devices, Windows hardware, and meeting room technology is beneficial.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
