Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Trial Site Coordinator. This role will be the key contact between the research site and the study team, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to study protocols. The successful candidate will be required to focus on meeting project timelines and enrolment goals.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact between the study team and the research site.
• Ensure timely responses to study-related questions.
• Help organize and prepare for monitoring visits at the research centre.
• Be available during monitoring visits to assist as needed.
• Track patient enrolment and support the site in meeting study goals.
• Keep accurate records and enter data into study systems promptly.
• Report any adverse events or protocol deviations quickly.
• Manage investigational products and clinical supplies responsibly.
• Handle and maintain regulatory documents for the site.
• Assist with contract and budget discussions.
• Support payment processes for investigators and sites.
• Schedule and perform study procedures as required.
• Prepare for and participate in study audits or inspections.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences, such as pharmacy, nursing, or lab analytics.
• Experience in coordinating clinical trials.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility with working hours based on study needs.
