Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee and coordinate clinical trials. The successful candidate will focus on managing timelines, budgets, and resources while leading a team to ensure successful trial execution. This role can be based in Italy, Spain, Germany or Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and track project schedules and budgets.
- Lead and support a team of researchers and coordinators.
- Ensure all documents and data are accurate and meet regulations.
- Encourage teamwork and resolve any issues that arise.
- Handle unexpected challenges while keeping the study on track.
- Supervise external partners and vendors.
- Manage the selection and monitoring of trial sites.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- A relevant academic degree.
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes.
- Experience in designing studies and writing protocols.
- Familiarity with clinical trial regulations and guidelines.
- Good leadership and management abilities.
