Hobson Prior is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join a dynamic team in Tokyo, Japan. This role involves overseeing the daily management and organization of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the agreed-upon scope. You will work closely with the Project Manager to support the successful delivery of these projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Ensure client requirements are met and report on project progress.
• Handle any issues that arise during the project.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Support the Project Manager as needed.
• Ensure all project standards and requirements are fulfilled.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in project management and administrative roles.
• Fluent in English and Japanese; additional languages are a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
