Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a CMC Support Team Member. This role will focus on setting up an AAV development platform, preparing and executing client development projects, and creating a strategic roadmap for AAV services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical product life cycle, particularly for AAV therapeutics, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up an AAV development platform.
• Prepare and execute client development projects.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for AAV services.
• Manage multiple cross-functional activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Bioscience, Biotechnology, or Bioengineering.
• Experience in biopharma AAV development and in AAV production strategory.
• Experience in research and development of platform technology for AAV production.
• Experience in AAV process scale-up or GMP manufacturing.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and disciplines.
• Proficiency in English (Level 3).
• Knowledge of CDMO business, manufacturing, and quality process.
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical product life cycle.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage multiple functions.
• Problem-solving skills based on logical thinking and strategic analysis.
• Understanding of cGMP Regulations for Manufacturing Process.
• Understanding of Adherence to Good Documentation Practices.
• Understanding of Data Integrity and Requirement and of ICH Regulation/Guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Bioscience/Bioengineering.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
