Hobson Prior is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join a dedicated team. This role will manage production schedules, coordinate with various departments to resolve supply issues, and ensure market needs are met. The successful candidate will also support long-term market supply projects and maintain planning systems.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update production schedules.
- Work with different teams to solve supply problems and speed up product releases.
- Keep planning systems updated for accurate monthly results.
- Help with projects to ensure long-term supply and product launches.
- Align supply and demand with market needs.
- Support long-term capacity planning.
- Act as a link between supply chain and other departments.
- Ensure inventory levels meet customer needs and resolve any issues.
- Propose solutions for products with short shelf life.
- Monitor and communicate any changes to supply plans.
- Improve supply chain planning tools and processes.
- Follow up on supply chain performance and create reports.
- Support global planning processes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, preferably with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in production or supply chain planning.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong business and financial understanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
