Hobson Prior is seeking a Executive Director of Supply Chain to develop and manage global supply plans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of supplies. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to coordinate supply activities, manage inventory, and oversee the clinical labelling and packaging process. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to continuously improve supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage global supply plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners on supply strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Oversee clinical labelling and packaging processes.
- Work with relevant teams for product development and selection.
- Improve supplier selection and supply planning processes.
- Establish supply agreements with suppliers.
- Support management with strategy implementation.
- Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Make strategic decisions related to planning and budgeting.
- Implement and maintain necessary systems and procedures.
- Review and approve changes to controlled documents.
- Set and monitor performance indicators.
- Communicate effectively and work cross-functionally.
- Build positive working relationships to achieve project goals.
- Coach and mentor staff.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in life sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Knowledge of clinical supplies packaging, distribution, and project management.
- Understanding of industry regulations and procedures.
- Experience with clinical supply software and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel internationally and domestically (10-20%).
