Hobson Prior is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to join the team for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the production of CAR-T cell therapies, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality standards. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with manufacturing activities, including equipment setup, production training, and process validation.
• Provide around-the-clock technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely product release.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance and other teams to support product release and implement changes.
• Share technical knowledge and mentor team members through hands-on training and documentation.
• Maintain consistency in manufacturing processes using automated systems and manage related documentation.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in life sciences, biotechnology, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing, cell and gene therapy, and technical writing.
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing needs.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and equipment qualification is a plus.
