Hobson Prior is seeking a Spare Parts & Inventory Specialist to join a pharmaceutical company on a contract basis in Neuchatel, Switzerland. This role involves managing spare parts consumption, anticipating future needs, and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure a smooth supply chain process. The position is on-site with hybrid working options.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• 40% Management of the procurement process (supplier relations / management administrative / information updating).
• 30% Reporting / analysis and continuous improvement (procurement process KPIs / parts rationalization / savings targeting)
• 20% Analysis of consumption and anticipation of future needs to guarantee continuity of supply flow.
• 10% Support for Spare Parts store management (reporting / training)

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of a GMP environment
• Team spirit and communication skills/relational ease with suppliers and interfaces internally.
• Ability to master a process and propose improvement actions.
• Ability to analyze a large quantity of data / ability to target priorities to propose optimization actions.
• Mastery of the operation of an ERP - transactions / process flow of placing orders and inventory management
• Generic office tools (MS office)
• Reporting tools / Business intelligence
• Written and spoken English
• German (Basic knowledge)
