Hobson Prior is working with a global biopharmaceutical company who is seeking a Solutions Delivery Lead to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee a team of 4-6 project managers, managing a portfolio of €10-15 million focused on internal capitalised projects.

This position involves leading projects, setting departmental budgets, and ensuring accountability within the team. You will also be involved in broader company initiatives, such as relocating production sites and establishing new ones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4-6 project managers.
• Oversee a portfolio of internal capitalised projects.
• Set departmental projects and budgets.
• Ensure project managers are accountable and effectively led.
• Drive governance and report performance to the board.
• Participate in wider company projects, including site relocations and setups.
• Travel as required, primarily within Europe, with some additional travel on a quarterly basis.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Fluency in English; a second language is a plus (French or Dutch preferred).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• A hybrid work environment with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
• Ability to travel as needed for project requirements.
