Hobson Prior is collaborating with an Innovative CRO seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team. This role focuses on creating and validating datasets and documentation, analyzing results, and supporting process improvements. You will also mentor junior team members and stay updated with industry trends.

Responsibilities:
- Write specifications for, create, and validate datasets and documentation.
- Analyze results and validate analysis datasets.
- Report deviations and manage corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement new techniques.
- Identify and support process improvements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in statistical programming within clinical research.
- Proficient in SAS programming; knowledge of R is a plus.
