Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Manager to head up Regulatory Affairs. The successful candidate will be the go-to expert on local regulations and help guide the approval and compliance of products. This position's work will ensure that new products meet all necessary standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to successfully register new products and maintain compliance with local rules.
• Develop and manage your team while working with other departments to meet regulatory goals.
• Oversee the submission of applications for various products to regulatory bodies.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry groups.
• Represent the regulatory team in business and leadership meetings.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A relevant degree in a related field.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex issues clearly.
• Ability to build and maintain effective networks both inside and outside the organization.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving results.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Business awareness to make informed decisions and strategies.
• Experience working in diverse and complex organizational structures.
• Proficiency in English.
