Hobson Prior is seeking an experienced and dedicated QC Analyst for a Senior position to lead a team responsible for assessing and ensuring the standards of gene therapy products meet expectations. The successful candidate will manage the laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily lab operations and ensure all tests meet quality standards.
• Lead the team in testing and maintaining product stability.
• Plan and assign tasks to optimize team efficiency.
• Ensure all lab activities comply with regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Support the development and implementation of testing methods.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
• Handle quality events and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and documentation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
• Experience in managing teams and implementing changes.
• Knowledge of quality management and cost-saving strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Background in pharmaceutical or biotech quality control.
