Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Analytics to play a key role in forecasting, analytics, and market research. The successful candidate will support affiliates with forecasting cycles, implement new tools and processes, and provide insights to senior leadership. This role involves tracking business performance and automating KPI reporting as well as managing market research projects and collaborate with various teams to support business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain forecast models for the ACE region.
• Provide guidance and review assumptions during forecasting cycles.
• Prepare materials for quarterly earnings briefings and business reviews.
• Track product performance and create insights for marketing and sales decisions.
• Maintain and improve KPI reporting.
• Conduct market research to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to align market research efforts and share insights.
• Develop a strong understanding of the CAR T business model and recommend appropriate KPIs and analytics solutions.
• Foster collaboration within the Insights & Analytics network.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in Oncology/Haematology; knowledge of cell therapy is a plus.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical data sources and analytic methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience in forecasting, market research, and analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.
• Leadership skills and sound business judgment.
• Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
• Proactive and able to effect change.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
