Hobson Prior is working with a client-focused CRO to recruit a Senior Lead Data Scientist - Clinical for a permanent role. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and regulatory compliance of data, supporting clinical studies, and designing the data analysis processes.

Responsibilities:

• Follow company procedures and local regulations.
• Review and contribute to trial setup documents.
• Create and maintain technical specifications and mapping documents.
• Develop data review models and datasets.
• Create edit checks, listings, and visualizations for data monitoring.
• Perform quality control on programming deliverables.
• Handle unblinding and data-cut activities for reporting milestones.
• Develop and validate electronic submission packages for regulatory agencies.
• Support and implement data standards within the organization.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Extensive experience in clinical programming.
• Leadership experience in managing programming teams or developing solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong understanding of data structures and complex data types.
