Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Biostatistician to join a leading global pharmaceutical company. The company's main focus is on how nutritional products can positively alleviate or reduce the effects of various neurological, cancer, neurodegenerative, and metabolic diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing expert statistical advice and support in the design, implementation, statistical analysis, and overall interpretation of multinational scale clinical trial data.
• You will provide expert statistical input and advice into the key documents for clinical trials. This will include Statistical Analysis Plans, statistical sections of Study Protocols, and Clinical Study Reports.
• You will work with Statistical Programmers to conduct hands-on statistical analyses of clinical trial data.
• You will keep up to date with the latest developments in the scientific field to improve internal statistical tools, methodologies, and processes.
• You will be responsible for project management - overseeing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder interactions.

Requirements

• You should have a Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
• You should have experience with SAS or R programming.
• You should have a good understanding and ability to implement various statistical techniques used in large-scale multidimensional and hierarchical data.
• You should have the ability to maintain complex statistics skills and implement and adapt new techniques for statistical analysis.
• You should have excellent communication skills (in English) to interact with a multidisciplinary project team.
• You should have the ability to explain statistics orally as well as in writing to team members from a non-statistical background.
