Hobson Prior is seeking a Scientist in Vivo to join a dynamic team in Gothenburg, Sweden. This role focuses on drug discovery projects, primarily working in the lab to conduct and analyse in vivo studies. The successful candidate is someone who can work independently but also enjoys collaborating with others to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Handle and care for rodents, administer drugs, and collect biological samples.
- Coordinate and perform studies related to respiratory diseases.
- Ensure high standards of animal welfare and ethical compliance.
- Use statistical practices in animal research and apply the principles of reduction, refinement, and replacement.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate findings effectively in English.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in drug discovery or early development.
- Proficient in handling live animals and conducting in vivo experiments.
- Certified to work with live animals in Sweden.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of cellular and molecular biology techniques is a plus.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work well in a team.
