Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Project Manager - Excipient Portfolio. This role will manage the portfolio of excipients, ensuring smooth collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. The successful candidate will handle change management, support project teams, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the excipient portfolio and supplier approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Handle change requests and corrective actions.
• Support project teams with excipient-related needs.
• Guide teams through new excipient implementation.
• Act as a representative for excipient-related quality assurance.
• Communicate effectively with all involved parties.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Propose and implement process improvements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in science, logistics, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent.
• Proficient in English; German is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including GMP regulations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and customer service.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
