Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Operations Specialist to join a team in Leiden, Netherlands, for a 6-month project. This role is part of the Cell Therapy department, focusing on setting up, promoting, and maintaining the QA model.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality performance at the central site.
- Review and approve records.
- Manage deviations and oversee Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Work closely with internal teams, including Site Management, Quality Control, and Systems and Technology teams.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to quality and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of GMP, QA processes, and Quality Management.
- Experience in commercial GMP manufacturing; ATMP manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English with strong technical writing skills.
- Ability to design and perform activities independently, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in implementing new methods and solutions.
