Hobson Prior is seeking a Pharmacovigilance QA Manager. This role involves ensuring the implementation of a standardized Pharmacovigilance (PV) system, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, and overseeing a global PV QA audit program.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the local PV QA Manager, ensuring the implementation of a standardized PV system.
• Be the primary contact for internal stakeholders, providing expert-level PV knowledge and guidance.
• Maintain and improve a risk-based, global PV QA audit program.
• Conduct PV QA audits of vendors and maintain oversight of QA consultants.
• Escalate significant PV compliance issues to senior management.
• Review procedures for CAPA and deviation management, root cause analysis, and perform QA effectiveness checks.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of international Pharmacovigilance regulations.
• Experience in training employees on GVP requirements and pharmaceutical industry practices.
• Experience in QA/industry/health authority, including the conduct of PV audits.
