Hobson Prior is seeking an MSAT Team Lead to join a dynamic team at an established biotech in Songdo bio-daero. This role focuses on leading technical operations and quality control projects. You will play a crucial part in managing tech transfer projects and providing technical support to manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams for tech transfer projects.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations.
• Manage a team of over 20 members.
• Work in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Engage in process development and technology transfer.
• Manage cross-functional projects.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related sciences.
• Background or experience in mammalian processes.
• Strong project management skills.
