Hobson Prior is seeking a highly motivated Medical Alliance Operations Leader. This role will oversee the development and implementation of clinical research processes for drugs and devices, ensuring they meet regulatory standards. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of global regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement clinical research processes and procedures.
• Establish and maintain support systems for clinical research activities.
• Monitor and manage clinical research processes to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide training and support to study teams on clinical research processes.
• Prepare for and support inspections and audits by regulatory authorities.
• Identify and resolve issues related to clinical research processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage clinical research activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build strong relationships.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Natural or Life Sciences.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 14155, ISO 20916, and ISO 13485.
• Understanding of drug, IVD, and device combination studies.
• Familiarity with global regulations like 21 CFR 812, IVDR, and MDR.
• Skills in process development and quality management.
• Experience in coaching and training teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
